• Each bamboo curtain is 36" x 79" with 125 strands attached to a wooden hanging bar. Curtain contains approx. 4000 individually hand painted bamboo beads.
• Each bead is completely painted so it is viewable from both sides at any angle.

Handmade and hand painted: Each of our beaded curtains begins with approximately 4000 beads cut into 2.5" sections from natural bamboo stalks. The bamboo beads are then strung together by hand using wire to create a strand. 125 strands are then attached to a wooden hanging bar to create a bamboo beaded curtain. Finally, each bead and strand is individually hand painted producing the art you see on each beaded curtain. Since each bead is entirely painted the image is viewable on both sides of the curtain from any angle. Highest quality with 125 strands: Our hand painted bamboo beaded curtains are the highest quality beaded curtains currently being manufactured. Each bamboo curtain is truly in a class of its own. As an importer of beaded curtains for nearly 10 years, we have learned by trial, error, and customer feedback. From our experience we have found 125 strands to be the ideal number of strands per curtain. This strand count provides curtain density, durability, and vivid image detail. With less than 125 strands, you lose density and detail in the painting. With greater than 125 strands, the bead diameter becomes too small making the beads fragile and prone to breaking.

This amazing new acrylic curtain is absolutely a dream come true. It's 3 feet wide, 12 feet long, and has 15 strands of crystal clear beautiful hand-strung beads. Each bead is attached to the next with jump rings. This curtain is made up of wonderful square beads (hung on a diagonal) and octagon beads. Each bead is faceted to pick up the light wonderfully. The Squares are 1" and the Octagons are 1/2" in diameter. The bottom of each strand is finished with a gorgeous 1 1/2" long faceted pendant. On this style of curtain, the hanging hardware (the metal eyelets at the top) slide back and forth on the rod making it the PERFECT curtain to alter in width! So if you need to cover a space that's 47" wide, you would use two of this curtain. Just cut the second curtain down and hang it next to the first curtain. This will look like you've got just one perfect curtain hanging up! We recommend hanging the curtain in place (full length) before removing the ties from the strands. To store, tie the curtain into sections of strands before taking it down and putting it back in the box. This will make your life SO much easier at events!
